Salt water taffy oops

Salt water taffy has a sheer but buildable blurple base with pale silver green to gold shifting shimmer in varying particle sizes. This polish also has holographic in it but it blends in with the shimmer creating an extra sparkly effect. The oops version is slightly less purple with with more shimmer.
