Luminescence (Glow in dark)

Luminescence has a pale and slightly creamy purple base with green to subtle purpley blue shifting mildy holographic shimmer, and is glow in the dark. (Moon spirit shimmer but the glow in the dark pigment makes it softer in appearance)
* The glow in the dark pigment settles on the bottom so this needs to be shaken real well. *
